Dr. Erica Reynolds is the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for the Colts Neck Township School District. It is a K-8 district, and she has had the pleasure of working in the district for 5 years, and in education for 19 years. In her current role, she is responsible for designing, implementing and sharing information pertaining to academic programming, professional development and students achievement. She is also am an adjunct professor at Monmouth University.

Kelly Harmon has more than 20 years of experience in public education, serving as a college ELA instructor, high school ELA instructor, supervisor and curriculum director. She is currently the Curriculum Director for the Monmouth County Vocational School District. Her job encompasses coordinating the development of new and revised curricula, organizing, monitoring and leading staff development activities, as well as conducting formal observations and assessing the observation data to address PD needs.
